Green Tea Benefits

Green Tea benefits

I found a great article written about green tea’s benefits on “Healthline” a web magazine. The article is evidence-based and the writer is a nutritionist with a Bachelor's degree in medicine. By the way, I wonder if people would think of matcha when they hear “green tea” in the U.S or anywhere outside of Japan. In the U.S matcha is in the healthy food category. I think that that idea of matcha is not so prevalent in Japan. I want Japanese people to know the health benefits of green tea more since the number of people who drink green tea in Japan has been decreasing nowadays. That’s why I translated the summary of this article to Japanese as well.
